The latest patch for IE7 may cause the browser denial

The latest cumulative update for Internet Explorer 7 has caused some problems. Users who changed the default of temporary internet-files after they had installed the patch, faced the problem of browser closing.
When starting IE, a dialog box File Download-Security Warning raise, and after closing the box, the browser can not be started as well, as the permissions set for user`s directory of custom temporary files are not the same as the default. To avoid errors, Users can change the directory back, or update permissions on the new directory. This grants access to Internet Explorer. Microsoft has acknowledged the problem and, according to the information in their blog, are working out corrections.
