The found duplicate of the message or notes can be marked, deleted, copied or moved to the correct folder for you. The priorities mechanism, used in the program will allow you to indicate which of the two similar messages or notes that are in folders, for example, â€œImportant lettersâ€ and â€œTemporary folderâ€, are to be considered a duplicate a message or note and it is to remove from temporary folder (mark, move).
