Vague hopes for continuing Eternal Darkness
30th May 2008
The head of Silicon Knights, Denis Dyack, has visited a special press event organized by Microsoft in San Francisco, and made a curious statement. He contends that the game Eternal Darkness may be continued. Of course, there are no serious plans so far, but the company remembers and loves former franchisees, so there is a hope.
The original game Eternal Darkness: Sanity`s Requiem came out for GameCube in 2002 even before the company Silicon Knights was bought by Microsoft Game Studios. The main inspiration for this psychological horror was taken from books by HP Lovecraft.
