VideoCharge 3.14: multi-functional vide editor

Another version of the utility for creating video galleries, cutting and patching video files, and converting them from one format to another. The program can cut video and audio files to the same parts, process them through filters, and also has its own FTP-client for downloading files.
The programs features include:
Support of multiple video formats, including Mpeg1, ASF, WMV, WMA;
Work with audio data in RIFF;
The possibility of cutting both whole files and their selected parts;
Support of graphic formats BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, JPEG;
Setting video and sound quality in outlet clips.
The latest version adds full support of MP4 (MPEG-4), 3GP, 3G2; introduces an opportunity to save videos in the same format as in the original file, expands the possibility of creating watermarks for video.
