Why decent Bionic Commando got rated "M"

As you probably know, Bionic Commando has received the Â«MÂ» rating because of some blood and bad language. However, the real reason is different.
MTV Multiplayer reports that originally, the game was intended to be rated “T” (for teenagers). Then it was decided to publish it with a demo version of Resident Evil 5 and the publishers had to raise the rating. As a result, RE 5 had been released earlier. As for Bionic Commando, its box was still marked with “M”
Anyway, it must not somehow seriously affect the quality of the new project from Capcom and GRIN. Trailers in the net show the new action an absolute crazy adventure.
Bionic Commando will be available under PC in May 2009.
