WinTools.net Professional and Classic 9.3: system optimization

The good tweaker from Russian developers has been updated. It combines the most needed programs to optimize the system. Its pleasant feature is the ability to access different modules through hotkeys. This accelerates work with the tweaker.
The program is available in two versions: Professional and Classic. The advantage of the former is the presence of the first modules for network setting, irrevocable removal of files and invisible work at the PC.
The latest version updates language modules, updates the module Clean Uninstaller algorithm, updates rules-exceptions.
