WPI MagicMouse - 3D mouse, which you can wear on the finger like a ring.

Five students from WPI have developed the prototype of computer manipulator, which canâ€™t be named a mouse. But the device fulfills the same tasks as a normal mouse.
WPI â€œMouseâ€ is put on hand, precisely, on the finger and it uses a set of sensors to monitor the location of the hand in space.
The control is through directing (pointing) to the object only by a finger ... MagicMouse works on the principle of time difference of arrival (TDOA). Movements of the hand in space correspond to the cursor movements and zoom function. Perhaps such manipulation will be more convenient for those who work a lot with CAD-programs.
The device is fed through a battery of lithium-polymeric battery (the ring is a battery). Battery capacity is large enough for mouse to work for about two weeks without recharge.
The weight of the mouse-ring is only 10 grams, and the price will be not small, has the amount called now is of $ 155
