Wrath of Lich King will go on sale at the end of this year

The company Vivendi ( which owns the developer of World of Warcraft, Blizzard) confirmed that the addon to World of Warcraft, called Wrath of Lich King, will come out in the second part of 2008. This addon is one of the most anticipated developments in the game world.
The previous addon, The Burning Crusade, was sold in the number of 2.4 million copies in the first day of sales. Apparently, Wrath of Lich King will immediately take the dominant position in the game market from the very beginning of sales.
Wrath of Lich King will provide players with a new continent, icy Northrend ( known from Warcraft III), but the most important â€œevilâ€ will be Lich King Arthas, also one of the main characters from Warcraft III (both Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne).
In addition, thereâ€™s going to be a new class of game characters, Death Knight. Representatives of any race or any class will be able to become a knight starting with the 55th level.
This class will have a number of interesting features, for example, the ability to turn into a â€œghoulâ€ corpse of any of the surrounding characters, whether ally or enemy.
