1.861 REAPER: user-friendly audio-editor

A new version of audio-editor REAPER has come out. The program can record audio files, mix them, overlay effects, and save in popular formats. The program supports most popular audio editing operations: cutting, resizing, stretching over time, attenuation, repetition and many others. The program has full support of MIDI files which can be integrated into projects. REAPER supports many plugins (including VST and DX).
In the latest version some changes has been made to MIDI editor, a feature of better displaying overlapping fragments has been added.
