Altiris Software Virtualization Solution (SVS) now supports Windows Vista

Symantec Company has announced the release of an updated version of the package Altiris Software Virtualization Solution (SVS) 2.1.
This set of tools will help client organizations to optimize the process of managing software using the most advanced technologies of virtualization. The solution will simplify the deployment and launch in one computer of several applications, each of which requires specific settings of the system registry. At that Altiris SVS is remarkable for the utmost ease of use, completely precludes the possibility of conflicts between the applications and does not require changes in the settings of installed Windows operating system.
Among the most significant improvements that have been implemented in the proposed version, is the support for Windows Vista, and also the addition of integrated streaming transmission of data applications.
Version Altiris Software Virtualization Solution 2.1 has already been at sale.
