Blender 2.49: free open source 3D editor

A new version of free 3D-graphics editor of open source. The program provides all tools that are used in professional 3D-editors, so that, working in Blender, you can understand the basics of 3D and comprehend the principle of operation of such programs.
The latest version adds support of JPEG2000, adds the possibility of editing materials by means of clusters, accelerates work of the game engine, improves drawing textures for 3d-models, adds an opportunity to use video textures, adds support of additional Python scripts, etc...
The program is available for the platforms of Windows, Linux, Irix, Sun Solaris, FreeBSD and Mac OS X.
