Crystal Dynamics reduces costs at employees` account

The company Crystal Dynamics is going through very hard times at the moment. Recently, they have dismissed other 25 employees. Earlier, the studio also was forced to fire 30 employees. The company managers say they had to take this step and consolidate the rest of their human resources.
This information was confirmed by the publisher Eidos Interactive, a part of the Japanese company Square Enix.
All latest years Crystal Dynamics have been working hard on the series Tomb Raider. They even managed to release several good projects, among them being Tomb Rider Legend, Tomb Raider Anniversary. Alas, the last part Underworld failed in the commercial point of view. Together with the world financial crisis, this induced the company to reduce all possible costs.
Hopefully, these 25 unlucky people were the last to have been dismissed.
