EximiousSoft GIF Creator 5.72: creating animated GIF images

A new version of EximiousSoft GIF Creator has come out, a program for creating animated GIF images, including banners and avatars. Despite its small size, the program has many tools not only to create a new image directly in the editor window, but also to use the finished video and sequence of image files.
EximiousSoft GIF Creator supports many formats such as GIF, AVI, BMP, PCX, JPG, TIFF, PNG, TGA, PSD, ICO, CUR, ANI, SWF etc.
The new version adds a number of effects to create animation (rotation, scaling, etc.).
