FastStone Image Viewer 3.9: free viewing and editing graphics files

After another break, the new version of FastStone Image Viewer came out.
The program is a small, fast and reliable tool for viewing and editing graphic files and digital photos. It has a lot of interesting opportunities, supports a large number of formats, contains a variety of tools (for example, to remove red eyes, to resize images, etc…). The tool provides access to proprietary information EXIF. The browser featuring preview quickly displays a list of all files in the favorites folder in the preview window.
