Firefox 3: 3.8 million downloads

When Firefox 3 became available to downloading a small incident took place. Due to the extremely large number of people willing to download the browser, the Mozilla site became unavailable for two hours. The rest of the time it showed extremely low speed.
Much was talked about love of Asians to open-source developments, but the solid leader by number of users downloaded Firefox 3 is U.S.A. with almost 1.5 million downloads. The second place belongs to Germany (177 thousand downloads), the third - to Japan (173 thousand). The total number of downloads is 3.8 million.
