Image Resize Guide: smart resizing images and deleting unneeded objects

Image Resize Guide is the program to resize images by means of analyzing the image for important and unimportant areas, when the most unimportant areas get compressed but interesting ones remain untouched. You can also specify important to you objects and the program will leave them unchanged.
When you would like to delete excessive objects you can use the tool of Smart delete. Particularly good results can be achieved on the background of water, snow or grass. The program is very simple to use. No complex operations with layers for selection and removal of protected objects. You need to simply mark red unnecessary objects, and green areas of importance, and then click Start and the program will do the rest by itself.
Before using the program you are recommended to study demonstration examples that illustrate how to work with images.
The program can be used as a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop or another compatible program. It runs under Windows XP / Vista.
