In USA three hackers were condemned

As the Ministry of Justice OF THE USA declared, recently local law court sentenced to different periods of the deprivation of the freedom three participants of the hacker groups, occupied with cracking and propagation of pirate software, and also protected from the unsanctioned reproduction media files. Sentences, as writes InfoWorld, were proclaimed on Friday. For the side of charge it was possible to prove that the three persons occupied the leading positions in the hack groups, participating, in particular, to the publication in the network of the musical compositions from the albums yet not released into sale. To the 31 years old George S Hayes was given 15 months of jail for the release of pre-release album of group Chromance (CHR). To the 22-years old Derek A Borchardt was given a half of a year of confinement to quarters, and to th 30 years old Aaron O Jones - half a year of prison also of half a year confinement to quarters for the participation in the activity of criminal group.
