Instant Color Picker 2.5.0.23: color operation

A new version of a program, designed for work with colour has been released. Instant Color Picker allows you to copy colours from any part of the screen, using navigation tools, which allow you to choose the exact pixel. Selected colours can be saved, added to palette, watch how they match each other, and move to other applications. The program understands colour meaning in the formats: RGB, HSL, HTML, Hex, ActionScript, Delphi, VC++ and VB. Besides, you can limit a set of colours by web-palette.
In the latest version of the program they fixed mistakes, arising when working with Windows Vista.
