McAfee purchased Preventsys company

Company McAfee reported the acquisition of company Preventsys. This firm developed control system of the risks, which concern security. This system is positioned as product for the important companies. In McAfee already there are products for control of risks, in particular, program Foundstone, which it purchased two years ago for 85 mln. dollars. It is assumed that the new acquisition assists to their development and strengthening on the market. Program from Preventsys is intended for the association of data, which concern safety and which is provided by different applications, in one interface. In addition to this, Security Risk Management System is intended in order to increase the priority of such tasks as the correction of errors, and for the automation of the creation of reports about the security. The financial details of transaction are not revealed.
