MediaInfo 0.7.16: all needed information for best audio/video playback

A new version of the free program, which provides detailed information about audio and video files. The program shows what codec was used for compressing video, at what bit rate, what ratio and the number of frames per second. For audio files MediaInfo indicates a used codec, bit rate, language, number of channels, sampling frequency, etc. At displaying such details the program will then advise where you can download the missing codec or player.
MediaInfo supports many formats of audio and video files, including DivX, QuickTime, Real, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DVD (VOB), OGG, MP3. It also works with different captions formats, including SRT, SSA, ASS, SAMI. Output data can be saved in the form of reports in CSV or HTML.
The latest version provides better support of files MPEG-4 and WMA; updated language modules.
