MediaInfo 0.7.17: detailed information on video files

The new version of the free program, which provides detailed information about audio and video files. The program shows codecs used for video compression, bit rate, ratio and the number of frames per second. As for audio files, MediaInfo shows used codecs, bitrate, language, number of channels, frequency, etc. Having shown details of the file, the program then advises where you can download the missing codec or player.
MediaInfo supports many formats of audio and video files, including DivX, QuickTime, Real, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DVD (VOB), OGG, MP3. It also works with different formats of captions including SRT, SSA, ASS, SAMI. The result data can be saved in the form of reports in CSV or HTML.
The latest version of updates language modules, adds support of JPEG 2000, improves support of MPEG-4, Blu-ray, DV.
