No Resident Evil 5 till April 2008

According to the financial report of Capcom, in the current financial year the release of Resident Evil 5 will not take place. This is a hard blow to all fans of the serial, who were looking forward to emergency of the project on powerful consoles of the next generation. Of course, there is a chance that the publishers are simply preparing a special surprise for fans, but we would not have bargained on it. The release will hardly be held earlier than April 2008.
In the near future, Capcom will limit oneself only to Devil May Cry 4, two Resident Evil-titles for Wii (RE4 and Umbrella Chronicles), plus Lost Planet will also be released on PC.
