OpenOffice.org 2.2.1: free office package

The free office package OpenOffice.org. has been updated. This is probably one of the best-known open source projects. This package of office applications have been used for a long time as one of the main applications for Linux systems, and recently it has been noticed by Windows users. The main programs of the package are text editor Writer, a program for work with tables Calc and Impress, analogue to PowerPoint. Working in OpenOffice.org, one does not necessarily have to save files in its format. If recipients of the file you are working on will open it in Word or Excel, you can work well with formats of programs from Microsoft without saving documents in Open Document format. The program contains no innovations, but only some errors have been corrected.
