Six new maps for Quake Live

The company id Software is going to release a new map for Quake Live every week almost next two months. Generally, users will have at their disposal about six new maps. In the near future, we will see the new level of Hidden Fortress, which was carefully ported from Dreamcast-version of Quake III Arena. id also promised to add a few other classic maps.
You probably remember that Quake Live is a free shooter working directly in the browser window. All you need is to sign up, download a small plug-in and launch the game. At this point the shooter is at the beta stage. All fans of Quake III must check it out.
