The online store Gamestop has begun taking pre-orders for the kit RockBand Stage Kit, which includes a miniature smoke-machine and a game controller with a built-in stroboscope. The set, as is evident from the title, is designed for use with the musical game of Rock Band.
According to Gamestop, the release of RockBand Stage Kit is scheduled for the 15th of August. The cost of the kit for pre-order is $ 100.
Rock Band is currently the most ambitious project by the studio Harmonix, which, according to the developers, raises th gameplay to a new level. Unlike previous games of the company (for example, Guitar Hero 2), in Rock Band a player can assume not only the role of a solo-guitarist, but also a drummer, a bassist and a vocalist.
