Sun ODF Plugin 3.1 for Microsoft Word

A new version of the ODF Plugin for Microsoft Office from Sun has come out. Sun ODF Plugin works with Office 2007 Service Pack 1, Office 2003, Office XP and Office 2000. It fully supports files of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The product is not a converter, so a user can work directly with the ODF file in Microsoft Office. Due to this feature, one can save changes in the normal mode without using the command Save As. You can even set ODF as a format that is used by default.
Sun ODF Plug-in is completely free of charge, and does not require any additional means, such as .NET Framework or Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack. The addon is available in 16 languages.
