The Last Remnant PC-edition costs $27

The online store of Amazon is selling the Japanese role-playing game The Last Remnant (PC-version) for $ 27. This project was awarded by the magazine Famitsu with the best new game of 2008. Note that the computer version of the project differs from the console one by better technical performance (frames rate is not falling, textures do not fall out). Of course, this is not the coolest in the world JRPG, but PC-owners are sure to appreciate it.
This game has been developed by the company Square Enix, known for its famous series of Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest. The project itself is built on Unreal Engine 3. The action is set in the fictional world populated by a few races. The main plot is twisted around mysterious ancient artifacts that have serious magic forces. Random battles are not presented. The game provides complex battles which require participation of a large number of characters.
