Updating utilities for work with LightScribe 1.18.5.1

The new version of the program LightScribe System Software, which provides correct work of drives with the feature LightScribe. The new version adds support of recent models of drives from different manufacturers, updates Qt libraries and adds support of Windows 7.
They also updated the program of Lightscribe Diagnostics Utility, which identifies and corrects software problems with various applications for drawing pictures on discs by means of the technology of LightScribe. The utility can identify such problems as wrong entries in the registry, software conflicts, etc.
