Video Thumbnails Maker 2.1.0: previewing video files

A new version of the program Video Thumbnails Maker, meant for creating files of video preview. The program processes video files, extracts frames of a set frequency and saves the result in the form of graphic files. Video Thumbnails Maker can work in the batch mode, processing large numbers of video files at once. Saved files can be added with watermarks, time information and various effects.
Now Video Thumbnails Maker also has a pictures viewer. The main advantage of the app is playing video corresponding to a viewed image.
