WebCam Monitor 5.17: your apartment under control

The new version of the program, designed to work with web-cameras. WebCam Monitor will be of special use for those who use the web camera for monitoring. The program can monitor the appearance of noise or movement in the frame and inform the owner. When it detects a movement it can start recording video, take screenshots, send a notification by mail, produce alarm sound, launch another application.
WebCam Monitor can also upload a recorded video to a FTP-server, and send made screenshots via mail. WebCam Monitor can record video and perform other actions not only in case of detecting movement or noise, but also at given time periods. This is useful, when sitting at work and, at the same time, willing to know what is going on at your home.
The latest version fixes some bugs.
