Active SMART 2.6: hard drives monitoring

A new version of the program, which monitors the state of hard drives has been released. The program monitors temperature, performance and drives errors and notifies a user of any changes. The scan can be made when booting the system and at certain time intervals (from one minute to 99 hours). Using Active SMART one can set the maximum possible temperature for HDD, and if it is achieved, the program can automatically save all open documents and immediately switch off the computer to avoid overheating.
The latest version runs under Windows Vista, has SSL authentication for mail alerting, some errors have been fixed.
