ART 2.81 Frames: creating frameworks for photos

A new version of a simple program meant for decorating photos has been released. By means of ART Frames one can create frameworks of different types, using more than one hundred of available templates, as well as flexible parameters such as framework`s thickness, image zoom, background color, the characteristics of the internal circuit. Any combination of these parameters can be saved as your own template for further use. The program supports all major formats, BMP, JPEG, GIF, ICO, WMF, EMF, PNG, TIFF. Using it, you can perform basic operations, which relate to the image-correction: brightness, contrast, color, cropping and resizing photos. In addition, special effects are available, such as tuning into negative, adding noise, sepia.
The latest version was added with three new types of frameworks, updated collection of framework materials.
