Far Cry 2 : details and the first arts

The announce of Far Cry 2 has been held recently. Ubisoft has not gone into details about its product so far, but some of them are known however. First, as it was foreseen, the project`s arena is located in Africa, where the civil war is going on. Secondly, you can choose one of the twelve players. It is noteworthy that there are no differences between the heroes (with the exception of appearance). The virtual adventure will be quite the same for any of the players.
It is still unknown when the game will come out, and how it will look. Given that the first Far Cry offered the players to travel through open landscapes, we dare to assume that the sequel will offer to walk the African savannah, only occasionally dropping on catacombs and undergrounds.
