Iconutils 4.24: creation of icons and cursors

A new version of software for creating icons and cursors, and also for their organization, has been released. The program provides an opportunity to create your own icons and cursors, convert ready-made images into icons and cursors in ICO, BMP, JPEG, ANI, CUR, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PCX, WMF, WBMP, XPM, XBM and PSD formats, assign different icons to folders, in order to make it easier to find them. The program offers a range of different effects, among which are rejection of shadow, transformation in tints of gray, smoothing, mirror reflection, rotation and others. The program supports batch converting of images, and allows you to convert icons, which are used in Mac, into the format of Windows. They added new effects to latest version.
