Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Response Point is released

Microsoft Company has released the first updates pack for its software telephone station Response Point. Response Point pack, coupled with special equipment allows you to organize an internal telephone network for small organizations, numbering up to 50 subscribers. Unlike plenty of traditional office ATE of primary level, Microsoft Response Point SP1 system supports not only analog line, but also Internet-telephony, voicemail and voice management with speech recognition. Together with SP1 pack the user can get updated firmware for the hardware components of his office ATE (base commutator and subscriber telephones). Now such well-known companies like Quanta (Syspine Digital Operator Phone System series), D-Link (VoiceCenter IP Phone System series) and AAstra (AastraLink RP models) are supplying Equipment for the organization of internal telephone networks based on Microsoft Response Point SP1 technology. In particular, the price of basic set office ATE AastraLink RP, operating on the basis of Microsoft Response Point SP1, is sold for recommended price of $2 400 and includes a switching unit, an adapter for connecting to external analog phone network and three subscriber phones (including one wireless phone). Additional desktop and wireless phones are sold at prices from $139 to $399.
