Talisman Desktop - create your own desktop for Windows

Curious graphical shell “Talisman Desktop” is a quite good alternative to a traditional desktop of Windows (9x/ME/NT/2000/XP) OS. Talisman is a kind of meccano that allows user to assemble “a desktop of your fancy".
