19th July 2008
Following the update of Windows Upgrade, Microsoft has announced the forthcoming appearance of Windows XP Service Pack 3 for downloading through Automatic Updates. The statement was not a surprise, earlier Microsoft said that this will happen in the beginning of summer. You can switch off the automatic downloading of Windows XP SP3 by installing the program Windows Service Pack Blocker Kit, it can block Windows Server 2003 SP2, Windows XP SP3 and Windows Vista SP1. For those who have not yet managed to install the update themselves, SP3 pack will be delivered with a number of eliminated errors, with which first users of SP3 have encountered. We remind that, the update led to endless reboot of HP computers with AMD processors, and recently Microsoft has corrected the error of missing the list of connections caused by a conflict with antiviruses.
