Clearspace 2.5: powerful platform for network communities

The company Jive Software has released a new version of its platform for corporate network communities, called Clearspace 2.5.
Solutions based on the technology Clearspace are used to organize collective work at enterprises, as well as for creating communities in which consumers of the companies can communicate with each other and with the staff of the company. New version of the platform differs by its integration with the popular CRM-system Salesfoce.com, opens access to discussions through e-mail and through third party websites, and also contains a powerful visual text-editor. Now communities on the platform Clearspace allow customers to keep a hand on the pulse of current relations between their own employees, partners and customers. Integration with Salesforce.com service helps users of communities to receive the most current information.
Integration with e-mail opens access to discussions in the network communities for mobile users and all other users, who want to participate in the discussion without leaving the favorite e-mail program.
The feature of Community Everywhere, realized in Clearspace 2.5, allows communities to expand their activity to any third party sites.
This integration allows services of marketing and support to track and pursue further discussions with consumers.
