Flash Player false installers: great chance to catch some malware!

The company Adobe has recently warned users of the danger that may lie in going to links on Flash Player, which are often given on a number of sites of social networks. The company draws attention of users that often such links lead not to the site of Adobe, but on resources, spreading malicious code. That is why the company recommends users to ignore such links and download the player only from the official site.
Flash Player, distributed via Adobe, has a digital signature and is checked by the operating system during installation. Users can check whether the program downloaded is real, this way: right-click on the installation file, select Properties and click on the tab Digital Signatures. It should show “Adobe Systems, Incorporated”.
