Hard Drive Inspector 2.47: monitoring hard disks

The program designed for monitoring hard drives has been updated. Using the S.M.A.R.T. technology, supported nowadays by almost all hard disks, Hard Drive Inspector analyzes HDDs and warns the user of possible problems. The program can advise an emergency backup, as well as urgent HDD change. According to a user`s wish Hard Drive Inspector may perform backup automatically. Other capabilities include sending reports on the hard disk state by e-mail, shutting down the computer in case of errors. Data on HDD state can also be saved in the form of log files or printed.
The latest version offers improved internal procedures and algorithms.
