HTC Desire Ready to Hit the Market

There is great news for all the people out there waiting for the HTC Desire. The HTC Desire finally makes its long- awaited American debut today through the US cellular. The carrier has been promising to bring the Smartphone to its network a few months ago, but the promise is fulfilled now. The new desire has a combination of great features and specs. It runs Android 2.1 and it has a 3.7 inch super LCD. Moreover the Desire phone has a 5 megapixel camera and it has the ever popular and the unique and exclusive 1GHz snapdragon processor. The phone has an introductory price of $199.95 with a two year-service agreement and a $ 70 mail-in-rebate.
Earlier, five Android phones have been promised to be released in 2010 by US cellular, and this new HTC Desire is the second out of them. This is not the only phone to be released this year, but this will be followed by an exclusive release of the Samsung Acclaim. After it the next one to be released will be the Samsung Galaxy S, which will be released by October this year. While after that the two LG handsets will be released.
