QuarkXPress: already on sale

The Company Quark has reported on releasing the eighth version of its program QuarkXPress. The new version of the program introduces a new interface and also adds some new tools. In particular, it improves measurements palette, adds new buttons for quick access to commands of export to PDF, EPS, SWF and HTML, improves contextual menus, enhances the tool Bezier Pen.
The new QuarkXPress has taken from Quark Interactive Designer a tool for including interactive content in projects: audio, video, animation. Designers can distribute their projects via the net or through Flash technology without purchasing additional applications and obtaining programming skills.
QuarkXPress 8 supports more than 30 languages. All versions of the program have dictionaries, as well as full support of some Asian languages.
QuarkXPress 8 is available at the price of $ 799. Trial version limitations: 60 days.
