RasterVect 13.9: turning raster images into vector formats
29th August 2008
RasterVect is a tool for transforming raster images in the following formats: DXF, WMF, EMF, EPS and AI. These types of files are used in programs AutoCAD, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Microstation, VectorWorks, TrueCAD, FastCAD etc. RasterVect has a convenient interface and converts files quickly and correctly.
RasterVect Users should be aware that in order to convert a raster image to some vector format, it must be black and white, with no shades of grey color gradations. If the image has a different format, the program can automatically convert it and then turn it into a vector format. The whole process takes sheer seconds. There is also a possibility and reverse conversion: from raster to vector images.
The latest version improves compatibility with 64-bit systems.
