SmarterStats 4.x: perfect tool for web-analysts

The company SmarterTools has announced updating their popular product SmarterStats 4.x.
This excellent decision will enable web-sites administrators to analyze logs of web-servers, to receive extremely detailed information on visiting resources and to generate detailed reports. Version 4.x can easily distinguish â€œrobotâ€ web-traffic generated by search engines from real users visiting sites. Traditional solutions based on scenarios for web-analysts (such as Google Analytics) do not provide such an opportunity.
The updated web-interface, based on technology AJAX and Silverlight, can boast an extremely high performance. The developers say that users will have a feeling of working with traditional desktop applications.
By the way, the abovementioned interface will also allow gaining access to the functionality of a number of other products from SmarterTools, including SmarterMail and SmarterTrack. Thanks to its exceptional scalability the solution SmarterStats can be used for the centralized collection of statistics from a single resource or from 30 000 sites deployed on servers Windows and Linux.
