Universal Vocabulary: version 0.0.3.

A new version of Universal Vocabulary 0.0.3 has been released. This is a program simultaneous search in several dictionaries. You can search in the only one dictionary, then, neighbor dictionary entries are displayed. The distribution kit includes a dictionary of foreign words, a spelling dictionary and a dictionary of synonyms. In the new version there is an opportunity to use HTML in dictionaries base. Features provided by this one are described in the program help file. Fixed errors.
