Voicent Predictive Dialer 6.2.1 - annex to automatically set A new version of Voicent Predictive Dialer 6.2.1 has come out, a convenient tool for automatic dialing, which will be of great use to managers of sales and marketing departments and to many other specialists.
In the “predictive dialing” mode the application can be used for dialing-up several telephone lines and support an unlimited number of agents. The system will independently dial numbers from the proposed list and invite the specialist only after a caller responds to a call. The mode “semi automatic dialing” allows you to dial the required number by a one mouse-button or key pressing.
The program supports a function of playback of recorded voice messages or recorded telephone conversations, and also allows switching to another line.
