AkelPad 4.0.5: free text editor

Another version of a small but user-friendly and fast text editor. AkelPad works with text documents in single-window or multi-window mode, fully supports Unicode lines under Unicode-systems (NT/2000/XP/2003), as well as the code pages Unicode. Using AkelPad,you can even edit files with the attribute â€œRead Onlyâ€, as well as preview files before opening. Other features include multi-level rollback system, the list of latest open files in the program, remembering the code page of the file, etcâ€¦ AkelPad supports additional modules.
The latest version improves movement in the text by means of PageUp/PageDown, adds the option to move the carriage out of the edges of lines, corrects errors.
