Astaro Corporation has announced the product Astaro Security Gateway 7.3.
A new version of the popular worldwide security gateway offers a more than a hundred advanced and new features that will improve work efficiency of end-users and ensure reliable protection of mail traffic. The proposed solution has a high-quality e-mail filtering tools for reliable protection from spam and malicious file attachments. According to the developers, performance of this mechanism has increased by 300%. The updated UserPortal control center will allow ordinary users to examine personal records Quarantine Report, restore mistakenly sent to quarantine messages and make their own “white lists”. Another useful function of UserPortal is the possibility of establishing secure VPN-connections to gain access to resources from a remote computer.
Other interesting features include: Email Encryption Engine, closer integration with Active Directory and modified interface Active Directory Browser, support of drag-and-drop.
The product Astaro Security Gateway is available in the form of hardware and software as well as a virtual device.
