Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars - first details

In the new issue of the Nintendo Power magazine has published new details on the promising game Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars from Rockstar Games.
The journalists argue that the project will use the technology cell-shading. Like in GTA IV, a great role is given to cellphone/smartphone here. The arsenal will be quite extensive. In addition to the standard pistols and shotguns, it will include flamethrowers and machineguns. The system of interaction with the police has also changed slightly.
Here are a few important features of the project:
Developers saved great open world and the criminal plot;
Stylus will be used mainly for mini-games;
You can share your results with the world, uploading statistics to the Internet;
Passing missions requires less time;
Recreated the greatest part of Liberty City;
Many pedestrians, cars;
Many radio stations (more instrumental music).
