HD Audio 1.76: new driver from Realtek

A new version of the driver Realtek HD Audio 1.76 for Win2000/WinXP and Windows Vista has come out.
The driver for Win2000/WinXP supports codecs ALC 880, ALC882, ALC883, ALC885, ALC888, ALC861VC, ALC861VD, ALC660, ALC662, ALC260, ALC262, ALC267, ALC268. The package includes a WDM-driver for Win2000/WinXP and for Winx64 (5.10.0.5477 version), utilities Realtek Soundman (version 1.0.0.30), and Realtek Sound Effect Manager.
The driver for Windows Vista supports codecs ALC882, ALC883, ALC885, ALC888, ALC861VD, ALC660, ALC662, ALC260, ALC262, ALC268. The package includes a driver for Vista x86 and x64 (version 6.0.1.5477), as well as utilities Realtek Sound Effect Manager.
Advantages of High Definition Audio before AC'97 are full support of new formats, higher transmission frequency, support of audio Plug and Play, a more accurate speech recognition and its input.
